Whole 30

Why did I choose to try whole 30?

Well, besides summer being right around the corner...I just know I really need to get on a healthy track. I know that gut health affects almost everything. I am tired of being tired, tired of anxiety, tired of headaches for no reason, tired of needing to make a start but not being able to.

Whole 30 is meant to be a reset. To find out what your body might be sensitive to. To learn how your body functions on good, healthy food! Let's face it, the majority of what we eat is not natural, not whole.

I am going to try to post recipes I use, my foods for the day and do daily updates.
